Customer Service

Our goal is to return cases within 15 days of being assigned. Rush cases are accepted. Daily updates are provided on surveillances.

Continuous Improvement

Auditing of active assignments by management is performed every day. Quality reviews of completed assignments are also conducted monthly with active participation by both management and investigators.

Staff Supervision

Field investigators and surveillance operatives are in frequent daily contact with management to provide case updates which are then conveyed to our clients.

Cost Containment

We offer hourly or flat rates for our services. We work with our clients to determine a budget that fits the assignment.

Vehicles

We have a full range of company owned surveillance vehicles to include minivans, work vans, and four-wheel drive vehicles. Vehicles are chosen to blend into the surveillance site and cause the least amount of suspicion. Lanor periscopes are also utilized, which allow a stable platform with little chance of detection and 360-degree views.

Equipment

We utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including high definition video cameras and a wide range of specialized cameras for covert use in any type of surveillance assignment.

Insurance & Licensing

Research Consultants Group, Inc. is a fully licensed, bonded and insured investigative agency. We carry a $4 million general liability indemnification policy.

Professional Associations and Continuing Education

RCG is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security, California Association of Licensed Investigators, Council of International Investigators, Georgia Association of Private Investigators, North Carolina Association of Private Investigators, National Council of Investigation & Security Services, South Carolina Association of Legal Investigators, and the World Association of Detectives. Our investigators participate in continuing education offered by these organizations and meet all jurisdictional education requirements.

We are active in many state and national insurance associations and regularly attend seminars where we are kept up-to-date on fraud and insurance investigation trends.

Background

Since 1976, RCG has conducted over 70,000 investigations and represented over 2,500 clients. We maintain up-to- date equipment, keep apprised of current legislation, and are compliant with all statutes and regulations that apply to private investigators. Research Consultants Group, established in 1976, specializes in working with insurance and self-insured companies, third-party administrators and/or their defense counsels. Our specialties include workers' compensation, FMLA, FELA, long-term and short-term disability, bodily injury, and general liability claims. We conduct on-site surveillance, activities investigations, background checks, pre-employment screening, witness/ missing person locations, record searches, subrogation handling, and general claim investigations.
